Note: This keeps on happening when ever I keep a minecraft survival world (around about 250 MC days), honestly it really annoys me that there is no solvable issue to fix it, manually for a survival world I like and put a lot of hours into.

When I replaced the .dat files in hope to recover the survival world, two massive chucks of the world were generated (file attached to show generated chunks), I'm not sure what bug that causes the issue but I keep on receiving 5 errors in the game out put which I copied and paste above in hopes of evidence to solve it.
