Conduit Power Not Giving Haste Effect

I have the Conduit fully activated, and I have the Conduit Power effect, but it's not giving me the haste effect it's supposed to have. It gives the brighter sight and the unlimited breath, but fails to give haste. Does anyone have a solution?
