Xp bug in the anvil.

When you are using a anvil, it spends more XP than the normal

Spend It the indicates XP, instead of spending like it changed the name.

What actually happened was...:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter a server.
2. Get experience, an anvil and an enchanted weapon to repair.
3. In survival, try this and see how spending more than normal experience. Almost as much as if you changed the name.
