minecraft don't run if I have 2 monitor, but disable one.

How to reproduce this bug:

1: Install 2 monitors my computer

2: Goto Desktop→Display Settings→ Multiple Displays→ Show only on 2 →Keep settings

3: Launch Minecraft 1.13 or 1.13.1 or 1.13.2

4: Error "java.lang.NullPointerException: Initializing game" occurred

 (Show only on 1 works fine, I don't know why.)

 

Hardware: Surface pro 4 16G 256G
 
 
I have 2 monitors. If I disable Display 1, Minecraft no longer run. I have to plug out one screen or enable 2 screen at same time to run minecraft, otherwise I will get "java.lang.NullPointerException: Initializing game" error.
