Game crash due to bug

My game keeps on crashing after a bug happened. I died when pillagers where roaming where I was and all my items were gone, I reloaded all the chunks with the F3+A but still they were gone. I went through the the nether portal then came back to the overworld, and I just get a glimpse of my items and then it crashes and now I'm stuck with loading and crashing. Need help fixing this
