Constantly Being Bumped Back and Reoriented Every Few Steps

When walking around, I can only walk a short distance before being rubberbanded back several blocks and simultaneously reoriented to face a different direction. 

 

• Rubberbanding happens at various times, sometimes I only go a few blocks, other times I can walk a few dozen blocks before it happens
• Reorientation - always happens when taken back the few blocks, but does not always result in facing the same direction (example: traveling west, bounced back and now facing north; turn around to walk west again, bounce back and face north; turn and walk west again, bounce back and face east)
