Connection Issue (

Issue itself: "An existing connection was forcibly closed by remote host'

A familiar issue to some, I'm sure, but this came out of nowhere.

My wifi is unblocked, and basically it'll let me play on a server for the snapshot for 30 seconds to ten minutes straight and then stop.

I have checked everything from hardware to MC versions, and I have concluded it is indeed a snapshot issue. This started back at 19w07a, but it's gotten worse with 19w08b.
