NullptrException Ticking entity

I'm running a server in Windows 10, Java 8. Crash report attached. The log shows it's erroring out on the horse vehicle. I have two horses on saddle, perhaps related to the new update of making leather armors. Reverting back to 19w07a is the only way I can continue to play.
