Disappearing Item Frames & Signs

When going out of certain chunk ranges Item frames and Signs will just poof. Seemingly it appears they are supposed to be there still, so if you put another wall decor like object (Sign, painting, item frame) that new object will then become invisible and continue to do so until you reload the game.
