The PC get slow when Minecraft is launching

I opened the minecraft laucher, all fine, I downloaded the 19w08a, when minecraft is starting the PC experiments a lot of lag; literally, the PC stops working. I was thinking if the problem was the RAM, but no, i have the same 3 Gb dedicated for minecraft.
