When in new chunks when you fall into the ground (normal) instead of popping up to the surface you stay where you fell (in the ground)

when teleporting to new chunks you fall into the ground (normal) instead of popping up to the surface you stay where you fell (in the ground) to a point where i had to dig back up to the surface
