Main menu music doesn't play at all

For whatever reason, the music that usually plays on the main menu screen (Mutation, Moog City 2, Beginning 2, and Floating Trees) doesn't play at all, even when the volume for music is all the way up to 100%.

Only the menu music seems affected, because all other music plays as intended.
