Memory use soared to 2 G

Launcher updated and since the memory use has soared.
One instance of minecraft client taking 2G.
Can no longer run more than one instance where i was able to run 3

Doesn't seem to make any difference whether 1.13.2 or snapshot. Memory goes up to this level with just the launcher.
