Video settings broken in 19w07a

In minecraft 19w07a, if you try to slide the brightness slider ( or any slider in the video settings tab) It doesn't work.
Also no matter where you click it makes a clicking sound even if it's just the background.
Not sure if it happens on windows edition because I use a mac.
