Pillagers keep trying to shoot player while in creative

While I was playing with the new pillager mobs, I wanted to fight them in survival. While I was fighting them, i came on low health, so I ran up the tower. They chased me, I panicked, so I quickly turned back to creative. I found out that the pillagers were still shooting at me. This didn't stop. It didn't do damage, of course, and when I came back they were not shooting anymore. I tryed to recreate it, by fighting them in survival, and then going back to creative, but unfortunately it didn't work. I have got a video.
