Powered Activator Rail is de-railing minecart when it ejects the player.

I have this auto ejector in my map that was working in 1.12 but now in 1.13.2 it no longer works. The mine cart is supposed to eject the player and then go into storage, but now when the player gets ejected the cart de-rails.
