Minecraft Server Crashing when players join

Please Help

I'm running a minecraft server on my computer and when I run it, it comes up with a bunch of errors codes, then it gets Preparing spawn area: 100%, then as soon as any player joins it crashes with the error about blocks in the wrong place. I can upload server files if asked.
