game frezzes when going underwater and leaving agin i cant go in the water at all besose of this

When playing MineCraft I found a bug that causes the game to freeze when going in and out of water
this primarily happens when you go under and then come out again causing the game to sue frezz
I don't know why this happens but thanks to this I cannot play MineCraft version 1.13.2
please help me figure out what is wrong and how to fix it might contact information is pleas contact me when you find out what causes it
