Seagrass makes creeper spin

What I expected to happen was...:
Creeper acting normally and walking towards me

What actually happened was...:
Creeper "stuck" in seagrass, started spinning.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a creeper follow you
2. Jump in water
3. Make creeper stand in seagrass
