Drowned attempting to attack Player in Spectator Mode with Trident

I was checking for unlit caves around my new Guardian farm in Spectator Mode when suddenly a Drowned started throwing it's Trident at me. When i clicked on it to take it's POV, it kept throwing straight downt at the floor. Reloading the Game fixed the issue.
