When clicking Video Settings and in video settings, a large click plays at max volume, resolution slider is broken.

When clicking escape/options/video settings, the click you usually hear plays normally, then at full volume immediately after. It happens with every button inside the Video Settings.

 

The resolution slider doesn't work at all, it moves right and left but doesn't change anything.
