Foxes cannot drink potions or ominous bottles when they can drink honey bottles.

How to reproduce

1. Spawn a fox with a honey bottle in its mouth:

   /summon fox ~ ~ ~ {equipment:{mainhand:{id:'honey_bottle'}}}

   → Eventually, the fox will drink the honey

1. Spawn a fox with a potion or an ominous bottle in its mouth:

   /summon fox ~ ~ ~ {equipment:{mainhand:{id:'potion'}}}

   /summon fox ~ ~ ~ {equipment:{mainhand:{id:'ominous_bottle'}}}

   → The fox won't drink the potion/ominous bottle
