Game-crash when surfacing water

9/10 i will be under water doing whatever. I can come to the surface and my game instantly crashes the moment my player model clips to air after coming out of the water. As mentioned this only happens 9 times out of ten the 1/10 the game can stutter for a second then continue to play as normal. Very frustrating.
