Forward moving and suddenly moved back

 Survival Mode: Moving forward in the boat over the ocean and suddenly the world has rewound and im suddenly set back about  about 20 blocks from where i came. Also, notice the sky jerks back a few inches as well. Stuck in a repeated 2 steps forward 5 steps back world. Reloaded the game and bug is still there.

What I expected to happen was...:
moving across the water in a boat to get to the other side.

What actually happened was...:
Paddled forward and was suddenly moved back, same with the sky. stars were out and moving down than suddenly reverted back to their previous position.
