Texture Filtering Error on Grass with resource pack

The texture filtering seems to think dirt and grass blocks should be blurred with the top grass texture at a distance. The games filtering has gotten worse and worse over the years, but this is getting a bit ridiculous.

 

 

I MADE A MISTAKE -

I just found that I was using a classic Minecraft resource pack, which was not made for this version of the game. This does not happen in the game without it.
