MC-143825Holding q + mousing over item to drop them while the inventory is open causes most of them to vanish
To replicate:
1.) Have a stack of items
2.) Open your inventory
3.) Hold q while mousing over the stack of items
4.) Pick them up - there will be significantly fewer items.
