dx,dy,dz selection area is 1 block too wide

dx=0.5,dy=0.5,dz=0.5 should create a selection area that is 0.5 blocks wide in all directions, but it actually creates a selection area that is 1.5 blocks wide in all directions. This makes it impossible to have a selection area that is less than 1 block wide.
