Maxed Villager Trade Glitch

During Villager tradding , if you put in a stack of emeralds into an emerald taking trade, then shift click the bought item, You keep all your emeralds and get the product.

E.g. I talk to a flecther villager and scroll to its trade section. It is offering 11 arrows for the price of 1 emerald. I put a stack of 64 emeralds into the trade section and shift click the resulting arrows to get the entire stack. It results with me getting 11 arrows, keeping all 64 emeralds, and the trade no longer being available via using it to much. Tested in both survival and creative.
