Toggling PvP as on servers is not working in LAN worlds

On LAN worlds it is not possible to toggle PvP unlike on servers where you are able to do that.
This is a bug since you are not able to use the feature to toggle PvP!

How to fix:
Add a PvP command to toggle PvP.
