Bell can not be played if clicking on sides, top and bottom

If you try to play on bell, which is hanging on the side or sealing, from the bottom side, it will not activate the bell at all.

 

How to replicate:

1. Get the bell

2. Put it on the wall or sealing (The bottom bug) OR put it on the floor (The top bug)

3. Stand right  - underneath the block and click on the BELLS bottom

                       - on top of the block and click on the BELLS top
