LIghting Glitches

I removed some light sources with a command and this happened:

As you can see, the light remained even when I reloaded the world. (the white lines are structure blocks)

 

Also I removed blocks that were causing a shadow with a command and I kind of got the reverse effect: the shadow stayed.
