The frame texture is not displayed on the block.

I went into the Minecraft game, I created a new world, where I immediately found a deserted village. Having decided to modernize the house, I decided to put frames for beauty, and I saw that the frame does not reflect the texture. Screenshots of how I set the frame are present. Please fix this mistake!
