Item frames are rendered at the wrong location

What I expected to happen was...:
That the Itemframe was being displayed with the Item

What actually happened was...:
The Itemframe was not there. But at other coordinates.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Simly place a Itemframe anywhere.
2. Then it will appear at a diffrent place as you placed it.
3. If you destroy the block, you placed the itemframe on, it will break and drop after a few seconds.
