The item frames are broken

What I expected to happen was placing item frame on the block.

What actually happened was the item frame appeared 5 meters to the west (-X) when placed on southern or northern face of a block, 4 meters to the west when placed on western or upper side and 6 meters when placed on eastern or bottom side. You can break item frame by punching visible or placing a block where it should be. You can still use the visible one. Summoning item frame also is broken.
