Item Frames Are Floating

Frames are taken off of walls and randomly float near where they originally were.

What I expected to happen was...:
Frames (with items) would be where I left them.

What actually happened was...:
The frames with items are floating quite a few blocks over from where they were suspended in the air.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just look at the frames.
