Dosent work on startup

When i try to start the minecraft 1.14 snapshot it just crash at start and dosent work that also happended few time when the minecraft 1.13.2 came i cant play but before 1.13 my fps is much bigger so what changed and please fix the bug on startup i think its realy wrong that you changed chunk or some things with fps i mean first snapshot of 1.13 where awesome my frame rate was 200 fps now its 30
