Trader llama can't be leashed to fences

After wandering trader despawns, the Llamas that it left behind were not able to be properly connected to any and all fences. A visual glitch would occur with the lead jittering to the east.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. wait for a wandering trader
2. wait for the wandering trader to despawn
3. attach one of the remaining llamas to a fence with a lead
