What I expected to happen was...:
Expected lily pad to act normally on top of 1x1 water block.

What actually happened was...:
Waiting a given amount of time or placing a new lily pad breaks the surrounding crops from the farmland and makes it so that players are unable to place new crops on the tilled land.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place 1x1 water block and surround it with farmland.
2. Plant any type of crop on farmland
3. Place lilypad on water block and wait.
