Ghost Item Frame

The Item Frame is invisible and not useable, trying to place it on a block will make the "hang" sound but you can place a block in front as if the Item Frame wasn't existing. However, breaking the block where the Item Frame was hanged will cause it to drop as an item after a 1-2 seconds delay.
