Shift-clicking on the item output of the villager trade menu does not consume emerald

The bug

If you place a stack of emeralds in a one for one trade of the wandering trader and shift click the emerald is not consumed.

In the screenshot 1 you can see the stacked emeralds in the trade GUI

In the screenshot 2 you can see that the emerald is not consumed when you shift-cliking on the Bubble Coral Block
