Windows 10: HDR Enabled Causes Crash

When HDR Mode is enabled, Minecraft will fail to launch. I tried this on the current version and the latest snapshot. Disabling HDR in the Windows 10 settings allows it to launch as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Windows 10 Settings
2. Under System->Display, see "HDR and WCG"
3. Toggle the on/off input
4. Open the Minecraft launcher
5. Launch a version
6. See error when launcher comes back up
