Light level stay as after chunk reloads and needs block updates to fix

After some chunks loading and unloading on minecraft (I think that servers only) light level after re-load the chunk it stays as 0, even with torches around, with that same glitch of chunk unloading and reloading, entitys are duplicating, and Observers can stop updating
