Player when riding a minecart is in it partially

While clicking on a rotated minecart (like in the picture below) player is partially outside the minecart.

   How to reproduce:

 1. make a curve out of rails:      A R A       A - Air

                                                   R R A       R - Rail

                                                   A A A

2. Place a minecart on the curved rail.

3. Right click on a minecart to get in.
