Really Nasty Lighting Glitch

When playing in a world, (persumably whilst in Hogwarts Maps), lighting errors will occur.

 

During one instance, one block has a light level of 14/15 while the adjacent block as a light level of 0 (pitch black).

 

I have attached all the logs from yesterday's onset when discovering this bug. It wasn't that bad in Snapshot 19w04a, but has become worse in 19w04b.
