snapshot 19w04a jump bug

What I expected to happen was...:
I thought there was no easy-to-find bug.

What actually happened was...:
19w04a can not jump in front of the block.
But auto jump is work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. It stands in front of the block.
2. jump.(Going forward)
3. it jump is not work.
