In snapshot version 19w04a, the player won't jump

In snapshot version 19w04a, the player won't jump when space bar is pressed, both with and without auto jump doesn't work, only occasionally lets the player jump, reset control settings to default and adjusted multiple times and the player still won't jump, noticed in survival mode.
