Unable to jump against blocks while walking

1. Walk up against any block and attempt to jump

Looks like I'm getting stuck inside the block I'm trying to jump on top of. Doesn't produce a full jump. This occurs when walking and jumping at the same time. I am able to jump and then walk while jumping but in previous versions I have been able to jump and walk at the same time so this makes it more difficult to navigate.
