The stonecutter does not allow custom recipe inputs to be shift-clicked in

To reproduce:

1. Download the below datapack nether_wart_datapack.zip
2. Attempt to shift-click a nether wart block into a stonecutter
   -> See that it doesn't work, but when you put it in normally, it does work.
