Cactus and Containers' blockstates doesn't updated correctly

Even when it grows up in the next instant, the age of a cactus is displayed as 0 in client.

When I disable/enable a hopper or trigger a dispenser/dropper with redstone signal, the blockstates in F3-info are not updated until I interact with them by opening up the GUI or placing a block against them.
