Primed tnt falls through blocks

What I expected to happen: The primed tnt would fall onto the block and stay there to explode.

 

What happened: The primed tnt fell through the block.

 

When a tnt is ignited and becomes primed tnt, it falls through all blocks that I have tested.

Other versions may be affected aswell
